General Information

All printing is durable bright ceramic enamel inks and is scratch resistant and dishwasher safe. Our products are designed for commercial/food industry. Organic inks or decals are dishwasher durable however hand washing will extend the vibrancy. We do not charge additional for print machine setup/indexing, run charges, repacking in original cartons, exact case-pack quantity or 3 digit PMS color matching (excludes purples).

Art will need to be submitted as vector artwork in spot colors with all font outlines and PMS colors identified. If usable artwork is not available we can re-create it for a fee of $55.00(z). Artwork is subject to revisions within the limitations of the ceramic printing process. Though we take every precaution regarding accurate registration, variances may occur and are per industry standards of 2/16”.

Initial e- proof and 1 (one) revision is complimentary. Any additional proofs will be charged at $18.50(z). Any order cancelled after the proof approval process is subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00(z) and a 15% re-stocking fee. Prices quoted are based on cash/check payment method. If credit card payment is preferred please note that convenience fees will apply.

Unless specifically identified, blank-ware can source from different manufacturers. Imperfections in transparency are not considered defects as per the glassware manufacturers. PCW is a glassware decorator, not a glassware manufacturer.

Product volumes are approximate and should not be used as a standard of measure. Because of the nature of round tapered glassware, circles may appear slightly egg shaped and squares and rectangles may appear trapezoidal. Straight lines may also appear slightly bowed.

PCW is not responsible for product or delivery delays outside of our control. Heavy seasonal demand may extend lead times. The FDA Lip & Rim Standard prohibits decoration in the top 3/4 inch of the glass. Prices quoted are subject to change. Sales tax- if applicable- is additional.
