General Custom-Printed Glassware Information

Glassware printing processes employed by Promotional Concepts of Wisconsin feature durable, bright ceramic enamel inks that are both scratch-resistant and dishwasher safe. Note that organic inks or decals utilized in the glassware printing process are dishwasher durable, however, hand washing will extend the vibrancy of the printed piece. We do not charge additional fees for print machine setup/indexing, run charges, repacking in original cartons, exact case-pack quantity, or 3-digit PMS color matching (this excludes purples).

Our custom-printed glassware products are designed for the commercial and food industry utilizing only the best base glassware from trusted vendors including Libbey, Anchor Hocking, and more! Unless specifically identified, blank glassware may be sourced from many different glassware suppliers. Imperfections in transparency are not considered defects as per the glassware manufacturers. Promotional Concepts of Wisconsin is a glassware decorator, not a glassware manufacturer.

Logo art and/or graphics need to be submitted to Promotional Concepts of Wisconsin as vector artwork (ie: EPS file format) in spot colors with all fonts outlined and PMS colors identified. If viable artwork in these format requirements is not available, we can re-create it for a fee of $55.00. Artwork is subject to revisions within the limitations of the ceramic printing process. Though we take every precaution regarding accurate registration, variances may occur and are per industry standards of 2/16”.

Product volumes for custom-printed glassware pieces are approximate and should not be used as a standard of measure. Because of the nature of round tapered glassware, graphics featuring circles may appear slightly egg-shaped and squares/rectangles may appear trapezoidal. Straight lines may also appear slightly bowed.

Initial e-proof and 1 (one) revision for a custom-printed glassware project is complimentary. Any additional proofs will be charged at a fee of $18.50 per proof. Any order canceled after the proof approval process is subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00 and a 15% re-stocking fee. Prices quoted are based on the cash/check payment method. If credit card payment is preferred, please note that convenience fees will apply.
